the Community

Tryon Farm is home to an eclectic group of neighbors. Some folks are weekenders from Chicago, others are full time residents. All appreciate and celebrate the 170 acres they call home, and share in a stewardship of the land. Activities may include embarking on a bird-watching expedition, painting the corncrib, harvesting the garden's bounty at Salsa-fest, or sharing a walk on the meadow around the pond.

At Tryon the word neighbor means what it used to... friend.
